Martin J. Weiser
Mr. Weiser earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1967. He pursued his legal education further and received an L.L.M. from New York University School of Law, focusing on Medicine and The Law. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, United States District Courts, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the Appellate Division, First Department, of the State of New York.
In recognition of his distinguished career as a personal injury attorney, Mr. Weiser was included in Who’s Who in American Law®, 6th Edition, Who’s Who In American Law® 2003, and Who’s Who In America, 1999, 2000, and 2004 Editions. Who’s Who restricts biographical inclusion to persons who have “demonstrated outstanding achievement in their own fields of endeavor and who have, thereby, contributed significantly to the betterment of contemporary society.” Mr. Weiser has presented at the annual American Trial Lawyers Association convention in Washington, D.C. and holds memberships with the American Trial Lawyers Association, New York State Bar Association, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, N.Y. County Lawyers’ Association and Association of Trial Lawyers of the City of New York, American Bar Association. Mr. Weiser has served as a Trial Judge and Juror in National Law School Moot Court Competition on many occasions.
